The first one is dedicated to regular customers and their employees. The second is the best solutions for people who want to use the offices on an irregular basis, only as necessary. Both cards let you use a number of conveniences at Loftmill locations.

Our Club Cards
FlexClub Card
FlexClub cards are dedicated to our regular tenants. This service lets them use every Loftmill office in Poland. The customer may make it available to any of their employees or to selected people only. This card is the perfect choice where some people in the team work from the office, while others work in the hybrid model, as well as for teams with alternating arrangements.
Holders of club cards use conference rooms, office equipment and multimedia devices, as well as lounge zones and other conveniences. Remote employees may use the office any time they want, to hold a meeting, give a presentation, conduct a training or simply work in silence. Users may visit offices at other locations, e.g. when on a business trip. This work model provides a number of new opportunities for the employers – a company using the spaces in one of the Kraków Loftmill locations may recruit a specialist from another city from a Loftmill office (e.g. from Łódź) and provide them with working conditions with similar standard.
Importantly, the FlexClub cards are available free of charge to Loftmill customers.

FlexFreedom Card
The FlexFreedom card is dedicated to people who do not need a lease agreement, as they use the office occasionally. This solution is best suited for freelancers, sole proprietors, designers, trainers or NGOs. Are you looking for access to interesting, quiet, comfortable and fully equipped workspaces only once in a while? You will surely appreciate the FlexFreedom card.
This package provides our customers with access to:
multimedia-ready conference rooms,
ultra-fast Internet,
business-grade printers and scanners,
kitchens and coffee bars,
lounge zones with game consoles or pool tables.
Stylish Loftmill interiors provide comfortable venues for meeting customers. Ideal for discussing business, organizing a team meeting, a webinar, training, presentation or simply silently focusing on the work.
The cost of the FlexFreedom member card is only PLN 300 per month. The fee allows the customer to use the Loftmill offices 5 times a months, between 8 am and 5 pm. We offer this service at most of our locations in Kraków and Łódź and soon also in Warszawa, Katowice and Wrocław.

Both club cards and any other Loftmill service provides you with a better alternative for the traditional forms of office space lease. A flex office means a separate office space for your employees as well as conference rooms, front desk, kitchens, utilities as well as quality and redundant Internet connection and cleaning. What’s the difference? You only pay for the workspaces that you actually use. The Loftmill serviced office gives you freedom from long-term commitments and let you redesign the space according to your current needs.
