Red brick house in Dajwór Street in Kraków’s Kazimierz district. This is where in 2004 we opened the first office and went live with the first virtual office in Kraków. No one knew the word “coworking” back then. Instead, we talked about ‘hot desking’; while serviced offices was something that nobody even imagined, even though some of our plans were really long-term.
The Kraków location, the needs of the customers, as well as the standard and locations of the offices has changed radically since then. What hasn’t changed is our preference for lofts and arranging workspaces there.
We’ve created workspaces for rent for 2600 people
We’ve kept accumulating experiences and expanded our assets. After the first virtual offices went live, we went on with the first coworking premises in Kraków. The next stage of the evolution were serviced offices. Currently, we already have 7 locations in Kraków, including the largest serviced office in Małopolska, with an area of 4500 sqm. In 2020 we created the new Loftmill brand and opened the first office in Łódź.
Despite our fast development, we have not forgotten about our roots. We focus on offering cozy and stylish interiors. We want to offer our customers well-organized and comfortable office spaces, where you not only work, but also enjoy your breaks.
We have nine offices in total, in three cities: Kraków, Łódź and Rzeszów. Our offices are well accessible, located within city centers. We’ve created workspaces for 2600 people and 66 conference rooms. Their total area is almost 16,000 square meters. They are used not only by young Polish start-ups, but also by companies such as PepsiCo, Savills and the world leaders in IT, business advisory services and business software designers.
Soon new customers will join our offices in Bydgoszcz and Rzeszów and we are contemplating new premises in the Tricity. According to our plan for 2021, the total area of our offices will exceed 31,000 square meters, providing workspace for over 5000 people.
